4. Orders and Payments By placing an order on the Site, you agree to purchase the products subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Delivery times and dates are estimated but cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a delivery delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
6. Returns and Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for flowers once they have been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition that does not meet our standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products for assistance. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
